1Find what you need

• Contents lists every module, section and how-to.
• Home modules, Project modules and Admin setup open each group. The sidebar shows the sections of the page you are on.
• Search (top right, or ⌘K / Ctrl K) looks across all the documentation.

2Ask Arena AI

• Open Ask Arena AI and ask in plain words, like "How do I create a project?". You can also tap the mic to speak.
• The first time, the assistant downloads once (about 2 GB, so allow a few minutes on a good connection) and Chrome keeps it for next time.
• It answers only from this documentation. If it can't help, email support@inncircles.com or use the Support icon inside Arena.

3About the AI

Arena AI is a small open-source language model that runs inside your browser, on your own device. It finds the matching parts of this documentation and puts the answer in plain words. Your typed questions are not sent to Inncircles or to any AI service, and it has no access to your Arena account or data.

4Your chat history

• Your conversation is saved only in this browser on this device. Nobody else can see it.
• It is deleted automatically after 7 days without use, or straight away when you click Clear conversation.
• Clearing your browser's site data also deletes it. In an Incognito window it is gone when you close the window.
• If you use the mic, Chrome's own speech recognition turns your voice into text.
